Delivery

Orders can either be collected from our studio during opening hours or posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Collection from our studio is free, delivery for small parcels is £3.95 & delivery for all flower preservation orders is £15.

Returns

Custom Flower Preservation Orders - 

We require a £50 deposit to secure your booking, the deposit covers the cost of us preparing and drying your flowers.

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason the following terms apply; Cancellations made up to 8 weeks prior to the date of the wedding/event will receive a full deposit refund, any cancellations made after this time will not be entitled to a refund.

Payment for the balance of your order is due when your flowers have dried, we will send you an email with a photo of your dried flowers & an invoice for the balance of your order. We require the balance to be paid in full before we move onto the next stage of completing your order.

If for any reason you are not happy with how your flowers have dried and do not wish to continue then let us know an we will cancel the invoice for the balance and return your flowers to you. The £50 deposit is non refundable as this covers the cost of work already done. This is the last point at which it is possible to cancel your order.

As flower preservation items are custom and personalised products they are non-refundable (Consumer Rights Act 2015) which is why we offer you the chance to cancel your order before we move onto the stage of creating your order.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non - Custom products & orders - 

 We accept returns of non-custom items within 28 days of purchase and will provide a full refund on receipt of the item.  The item must be returned to us in person or by post within 28 days of purchase & it must be undamaged & where possible, in it's original packaging.  On receiving your return a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.  If sending by post please ensure that you use a tracked service and retain your proof of posting as we cannot refund lost packages. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.  Returns & refunds after 28 days are not accepted.
